Another Attempt at Cake Decorating

This week in class we learned to make roses. It took me awhile but I finally made some decent roses. Then I was suppose to transfer them to the cake. That's when things got tricky. I couldn't seem to transfer them without smashing one, or not being able to get them off the wax paper. It was an adventure. After I got my roses in place I saw a cake with poka dots on it so I tried it. But half way through I hated the poka dots, so I scrapped them off (bad idea) then tried making bows (even worse idea). This is my fourth week in class but my cake looks like it's my first. Oh well I had fun.
