Happy Mother's Day

We had a great weekend. On Saturday Addyson went to her friends Iris Olivia's first Birthday. We had a great time playing with her friends and eating cupcakes. We had a milestone that day, Addyson finally got her first tooth. It's her bottom right one. I am so excited for her. She is such a big girl now. Brandon had to fly during the day but when he came home he brought be some really pretty flowers. An early mothers Day gift.

Sunday Morning we got up early and opened gifts for Mother's day. I got drawers to organize all my scrapbooking stuff, some scrapbooking supplies, cooking utensils and a Rachael Ray cook book (she is my favorite). We went to church then spent the rest of the day being a family. I was thinking how lucky I am to have such wonderful family and I wanted to share my top ten reasons I love being a Mom.

10. I love when Addyson is sad or tired she lays her head on my shoulder.

9. I love that I was there when she got her first tooth.

8. I love how she smiles and looks at me when she has discovered something new.

7. I love the way she smells after a bath.

6. I love rocking her before bed time.

5. I love when I put her in her crib she smiles and coo's at me before she falls asleep.

4. I love how she sucks her two fingers to calm her self.

3. I love her laugh.

2. I love watching her play with her Daddy.

1. I love how when she sees me she hurries across the room and gives me a big hug.
