Fun Filled February

February has been full of fun and adventure. Valentines was great this year, I cooked the girls heart shaped stuffed french toast for breakfast. Than after school we did some Valentines crafts until Daddy came home. He brought both the girls long stemmed roses, and a balloon. And for me a new outfit.

This month is also Carnivale, which is really big around here. Addyson's school had a big party and both the girls dressed up for it.

Last weekend we took a trip to Trapani I will blog and post pictures later.

Here is an update on our family.

Brandon: Work is keeping him very busy, he has been preparing for an assessment in the States for the past few months. Which means a lot of Ruck sack runs (50 pounds), heavy weight lifting, lots of pull ups, push ups and sit ups. He will be away for almost 2 months, so we are preparing for that.

Julie: When I am not planning trips, taking care of the girls or working out I am learning to cook. My goal this year is to limit our processed food. Which means a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking and cleaning. Brandon and I both started Crossfit this year and we love it. It really challenges us to push our bodies to the limit. It's a great boost for our normal workouts.

Addyson: I call her the "Thinker", she is so smart. She has great attention to detail. I love how she puts things together in her mind so quickly. She is an awesome big sister, she is very calm and patient with Reese. She is loving school, and is doing great with her Italian. She also loves to write, and we have began reading small books together. She loves to color and paint, she still loves to run and gets faster all the time.

This summer she turns five and will be heading to Kindergarten, I am so proud of all she has accomplished so far.

Reese: I like to call her the "Scientist", she loves to explore. She wants to know what everything does and why it does it, and what happens if you stick it in the toliet. She has a smile and laugh that will melt your heart. She has started signing , and that has been really helpful for me. She also is starting to enjoy books and craft time. Her favorite books are the ones with flaps, or ones she can touch. She is going to be a hands on learner like me. She is also my water baby, she loves playing in the water, when she takes a bath you have to put her in an empy tub so she can play with the water as it fills up.

As a family we are preparing to be in the states for 2 months, after that we will wait and see what kind of orders we get. We think we should be out of here no later than December. Possibly as early as July. We have loved living over seas, but I am ready to get back closer to family. Thi girls ready for Carnivale
