All My Love, All My Life: Happy Birthday Addy

This birthday was a little different, but still great. Addy woke up to pancakes with strawberries and whip cream, of course she only ate the whip cream. Then we got ready to go to the beach with some friends. Addy loves digging in the sand. She is not a fan of the ocean yet, but I will not give up. After nap she opened gifts, Skyped with Mimi, Papa and Michael. Then we went bowling and ate cake. If you notice the candle on the cake I forgot to buy candles and the Commissary was already closed so we made due.

I have to say how Addy seems to amaze us everyday, she is so flexible, loving, and caring. She makes us laugh with her witty comments, she surprises us with the Italian words she has picked up so far, and she touches our heart every time she talks about her baby sister. I would not change a thing about the past 3 years.
