The Crazy Things We Do

Since Brandon hasn't seen snow, or played in the snow with Addy for a few years now, we decided to take her sledding. In Utah that would mean grab the sled walk outside and sled down the hill. In Washington that means driving 2 1/2 hours and paying $45 to tube for 2 hours with 50 other people. We really wanted to experience this as a family so it was worth it. I wish I could say Addy loved it but she was a little hesitant. Probably because she went with me first and it was really fast, and I turned backwards and couldn't see where I was going. So maybe I yelled a little, who can really know for sure. The good thing about paying $45 to sled is they tow you back up the hill, which was Addy's favorite part. By the end she said she liked it, and she only cried once when she went with Brandon and he was yelling "wahoo" a little too loud and it freaked her out.

We of course got hot chocolate after wards then drove the 2 1/2 hours home. It turned out to be a great day.

We went to the hill in Park City a couple a years ago and I will go with Addie on that one. It was the SCARIEST thing that I have EVER DONE! And I will also like to add in there that it was probably the dumbest! You are just calling for an injury. And the hill looks so wimpy and flat. I don't know how you reach speeds of 100 mph! ;)

Glad you guys had fun! Love the photos!
