Funny Poop story
Now from the title you may be asking yourself what story about poop isn't funny? And you are right, most stories involving poop are pretty funny. That being said if you have a weak stomach you may not want to continue reading.
So we had to drive to Lynnwood (a hour and a half away from where we live) to do an exchange at Babies r Us. We do not have Babies r Us on the island. We are almost there and I smell a horrible poopy diaper. I am not too worried although it seems to be a big poop. When we get there we discover her pants are soaked with what I call "poo juice" and so is the carseat. We of course do not have extra clothes because she is 15 months and usually doesn't require extra clothes.
Game plan: Brandon will go in the store buy a pair of pants and I will wait by the bathroom and go and change her. So while I am waiting I have her standing on a bench, she is upset because she wants me to hold her. But I do not want poo juice on me. Suddenly I look down and somehow the poop has run down her leg and landed in a pile on the floor. Not only is there a pile of my baby's poop on the floor but I have stepped in it and have spread it around. Brandon comes over in time to see the mess. He hands me a wipe and I am trying to wipe poop off the floor of a public place and I can't stop laughing I just keep thinking is this really my life. Brandon tells me to stop laughing but I can't. Soon I go the the bathroom to finish the clean up and to my horror she had what I call a "Houdini Poop". It is all over the outside of her diaper. So as I am trying to get the diaper off it is smearing on the changing table, on her feet pretty much everywhere.
Soon we are all cleaned up and ready to shop. For those of you who are not parents yet, you have a lot to look forward to. For the parents I am sure you have been there. Feel free to share your "funny poop" story.

I was in tears laughing. I can just picture this happening. I can also hear Brandon telling this story to us over a dinner somewhere. Just think, I will have twice as many poop stories. Just so, Brandon knows...Bambi and Barbie...are Jay's suggestions. We're trying to see if anyone else gets the joke! Obviously you guys know us too well! Miss you guys and all the laughter we share with you!
